Day 01 Arrive Delhi - Chambal:
Upon coming at Delhi international airport meet with our representative and transact to National Chambal sanctuary. Upon coming check in at the hotel. Overnight remain at hotel.
Day 02 Chambal:
Morning boat travel with a guide to see Indian skimmer, black-bellied tern, flocks of migrant waterfowl, gig such as common, demoiselle & sarus, fish-eating crocodile & marsh mugger; Gangetic dolphin; turtles etc.
In the afternoon jeep safari to the national park for bird watching. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 03 Chambal - Bharatpur:
Morning after breakfast drive to Bharatpur, a quick stop in for lunch in Agra. Further continue drive to Bharatpur. Arriving in the afternoon, the first contact with the Keoladeo Park. Overnight stay at lodge.
Day 04 Bharatpur:
Full days of birding in Keoladeo Ghana National Park on foot & cycle rickshaws with a birding cicerone.
Day 05 Bharatpur:
Full days of birding in Keoladeo Ghana National Park on foot & cycle rickshaws with a birding cicerone.
Day 06 Bharatpur - Delhi:
Full days of birding in Keoladeo Ghana National Park on foot and cycle rickshaws with a birding cicerone.
Day 07 Delhi - Corbett:
Early Morning after breakfast transact to Corbett National Park (five hours). The last 2 hrs. Of this transact entails birding & wildlife viewing en route. On coming check in at the wildlife resort. Overnight remain at resort.
Day 08 Corbett - Dhikala Forest Lodge:
Morning nature walk along with the Kosi River, Later after breakfast drive to Dhangarhi Gate. The Corbett Dhikala tour begins from here. Transact for a jeep safari to the grass-land to view the wildlife specially the tortuous tiger. For your safely the lodge is appended by the effective solar fence. You may sit on the verandah at night & enjoy the breathtaking wild & jungle's sound to get an impressive experienced. Overnight remain at Dhikala Forest Lodge.
Day 09 Corbett National Park (Dhikala):
Morning & afternoon visit to the grass-lands and forested region for birding. Overnight remain at Dhikala Forest Lodge. Birding in the lower jungle track along the Ramganga River is much rewarding for water birds such as river lapwings, mergansers, waders & other waterfowl. While relaxing at the lodge or visiting the grass-lands one can see long-tailed nightjar, jungle owlet, spot-bellied owl, common stonechat, black francolin, purple & murrey sunbird, Golden-fronted and orange-bellied leaf bird, black- shouldered kite, changeable hawk-eagle, hen harrier, Chestnut-tailed starling etc.
Day 10 Dhikala:
Morning & afternoon drive jeep safari to the national park. Overnight remain at hotel.
Day 11 Corbett National Park - Pangot:
Transact soon morning to Corbett Falls stopping en route at Dabka paving to look for ashy crowned
sparrow lark. After birding at Corbett Falls run on to Pangot. Coming for lunch. Overnight remain in a
cottage at Jungle Lore Birding Lodge. Afternoon leisurely birding in & around the lodge.
One can view crested woodpeckers such as greater yellownape, speckled piculet, scaly-breasted etc.
Large flocks of slaty-headed parakeets, numerous spotted & oriental turtle doves, grey bushchat, russet
sparrow. Cuckoo: Indian, oriental, large-hawk & Eurasian. Large-billed crow, grey treepie, black-headed
jay, large cuckoo shrike, maroon oriole, tits such as rufous-naped, black-throated & yellow-browed &
smaller numbers of black-lored & green-backed. White-tailed nuthatches, chestnut bellied nuthatches &
bar-tailed tree creeper.
Day 12 Pangot:
Another day of birding at Pangot village, Baggar and Gughu Khan. These walks can be very rewarding.
Overnight stay at the lodge. One can see crested serpent-eagle, mountain hawk-eagle, Woodpeckers
such as brown-fronted, Rufous-bellied, Stripe-breasted etc. Thrushes such as dark-throated, mistle etc.
Striated Prinia can be seen on the terraced farm. Warblers such as Tickell's leaf-warbler, Golden-
spectacled, greenish, grey-hooded. Flycatchers such as Asian brown, ultramarine, Rusty-tailed, verditer,
Tickell's blue, Rufous-bellied Niltava etc., orange-flanked bush robin, blue-capped redstart. Laughing
thrushes such as white-throated, striated and streaked, Chestnut-crowned etc. Look for accentor,
upland pipit, whiskered yuhina, blue-winged minla etc.
Day 13 Pangot - Delhi:
The morning after breakfast transact to Delhi, on the way we will be stopping at some of the bird
watching places. Upon coming in Delhi shifting to the hotel. Overnight remain at hotel.
Day 14 Delhi - Departure:
The morning after breakfast shift to the airport to board the flight for the forward destination.
